Payment Policy

• Payment is accepted via Zelle or Venmo.

• Program fees are due 24 hours before each new 4-week cycle.

• Reserved lesson times are confirmed once payment is received.

• Unpaid time slots are released and may be offered to another family.

• Lessons for the month are billed on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

Cancellations & Make-Up Policy

To maintain consistency and protect your reserved time slots:

• Each family receives one make-up token per 4-week cycle.

• A token may be used to reschedule one canceled lesson within the same cycle.

• Make-up tokens do not roll over into future cycles.

• Additional cancellations and no-shows are forfeited.

• If your instructor must cancel, that lesson will always be credited or rescheduled.

Illness Policy

• Please keep your child home if they are ill or contagious.

• With notice before the lesson start time, you may use your one monthly make-up token for a sick-day reschedule.

• Additional sick-day cancellations are forfeited.

• A child must be symptom-free and fever-free for 24 hours before returning to lessons.

Vacation & Travel Policy

• Program fees remain the same during family travel.

• With 7+ days’ notice, you may use your make-up token toward one of the missed lessons.

• Additional missed lessons during travel are forfeited.
  This policy protects your child’s reserved time slots and ensures schedule reliability.

Pool Requirements

To ensure a safe and effective lesson environment:

• Pool must be clean, clear, and accessible

• No pets in the pool area during lessons

• Pool should be 86–90°F for young swimmers (recommended, not required)

• Toys that are not used during lessons should remain out of the pool

Weather Policy

• Lessons continue in light rain.

• Lessons pause for thunder, lightning, or unsafe conditions.

• Weather cancellations do not use your make-up token.

• All weather-canceled lessons are rescheduled, not refunded.

• Make-up lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and may extend the cycle if needed.

• Because weather is an expected part of outdoor lessons in Florida, all weather-related cancellations are rescheduled—not refunded.

Scheduling Policy

• Lessons occur twice per week in structured 4-week cycles (8 lessons).

• Time slots remain the same each week for consistency.

• Mid-cycle time-slot changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
